Managing Partner
Co-founded StartMonday, taking it public on the Canadian Stock Exchange in 2016. He joined N1 in 2021. Ondřej drives N1's expansion into Ukraine and since 2023 has organized flagship investor-founder conferences—connecting Ukrainian tech talent with global capital.

Venture Partner | Kyiv
Dmytro is CEO of the Ukrainian Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (UVCA), the leading VC/PE network in Ukraine. He is an active angel investor with several successful exits. Based in Kyiv, Dmytro plays a critical role in supporting the local ecosystem and providing N1 with direct access to early-stage deal flow in the region.

Vadim leads iHUB, Kyiv's most established startup and tech hub. He has a strong track record of building acceleration programs for startups. Actively based in Kyiv, Vadim is deeply embedded in the local founder community—an essential advantage for sourcing talent and opportunities on the ground.

Ili brings deep Israeli expertise in scaling tech companies and navigating global exits. A former head of Corporate Strategy at Comverse and Gilat, a partner at Magma VC, he is now Managing Director at Synergy Capital. He has led over $1B in transactions and serves on several boards, bringing strategic depth to N1's cross-border ambitions.
